Chloe is an associate in the firm's corporate team and works in all areas of corporate finance. Chloe has a range of experience working with clients on a variety of corporate matters, including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring.

Experience at previous firms includes:

• Advising a life sciences company on its financing round in parallel with the simultaneous acquisition of 10 private biotech companies across 4 jurisdictions. 
• Advising a private clinical-stage biotech on its sale to a multinational pharma and biotech company.
• Advising multiple UK life sciences companies on their initial public offerings on NASDAQ.
• Advising multiple leading venture capital investors on their series investments and multiple technology and life sciences companies on their financing rounds.
