Hannah is a Solicitor in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase team. She has experience in advising clients on a wide range of planning issues including planning appeals, planning High Court challenges and advising developers, landowners and public sector clients on large mixed-use sites including CPO. Hannah is also a Committee member for Women in Property.

  • Assisting with advising YTL Developments on its development of the Filton airfield site in South Gloucestershire comprising 2,750 homes, employment and commercial uses and the Bristol Arena involving a complex multi-developer structure and s106 agreement to deliver significant infrastructure and affordable housing;
  • Advising the Greater London Authority on the business led mixed use regeneration of the Royal Albert Dock and Gallions Quarter, including negotiating the s.106 agreements and supplemental planning agreements;
  • Supporting on advising Highways England's DCO application for a new dual carriageway on the A417 and DCO application for new Derby Junctions on the A38;
  • Supporting and advising Cardiff Parkway Developments limited on Environmental Statements, Planning Statements and Habitats Regulation Assessment for the Cardiff Hendre Lakes mixed use scheme comprising of business park, railway station, integrated transport facilities and car parking.
