Harrison Packer Associate

Harrison qualified into the Pensions team in 2019, having spent two years training with the firm. He studied law at the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

Harrison advises pension scheme trustees and companies on a broad range of pensions legal issues. His experience includes:

• advising on day-to-day pensions legal queries, including in relation to scheme documentation, individual member cases and scheme governance
• advising public sector organisations on public sector pension schemes and outsourcing arrangements, and
• supporting trustees in correspondence with the Pensions Regulator and the Pensions Ombudsman.
