Overview
Harry is an associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution team. He advises organisations on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and non-contentious commercial issues, with a focus on intellectual property and related contractual matters. Harry has attended the University of Oxford’s residential Intellectual Property programme and has particular expertise in successfully acting for defendants in trade mark infringement claims, often with a significant international element.

Harry has broader experience in reputation management issues (defamation) and portfolio litigation involving multiple complex claims.  

Harry has worked on secondment at the technology transit business Via Transportation and is used to working with UK, US, and other international clients.  

Harry works with his colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice, with international multi-sector expertise and a proven track record in the highest-profile cases.
 
Experience
  • Advising clients on contentious and related matters across a range of commercial sectors, including media, fashion, retail, sport, and financial services.
  • Advising clients on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly copyright, trade marks, designs, and confidential information), including litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and UK Supreme Court, company name disputes, domain name disputes, and wider intellectual property disputes.
