About
Hebe trained at Burges Salmon and is a senior associate in the firm’s Family Law and Divorce team. She has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, marital agreements (pre and post-nuptial) and financial settlements, including those with complex assets, corporate issues and international elements.
She also has experience in a wide range of children arrangement cases, including those with Children Act court proceedings and cases with an international element.
Hebe is an active member of YRes and Resolution.
Experience
- HNW individuals: Acting for high net worth individuals with complex business assets, where assets are pre-acquired or inherited by one party including advising on settlement outside of the court process, and within court proceedings at all levels.
- Private clients: Acting for clients at private FDRs, assisting and advising on practical solutions.
- Private clients: Preparing and advising clients on pre-marital agreements, including to protect a likely inheritance of c.£10 million, family trust assets as well as pre-acquired wealth.
- Private clients: Acting for clients in respect of arrangements for their children, with experience in cases involving parental alienation, relocation and all private law children work..
