Nigel is joint head of the firm's corporate tax team, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a CEDR accredited mediator.

Nigel is a member of the Law Society Tax Law Committee, chairman of the Law Society, Stamp Taxes Working Group and also a member of the Law Society VAT Sub-Committee.

Nigel's Tax expertise includes mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, financing arrangements, property transactions, VAT, stamp duty and SDLT, and disputes with tax authorities.
