  • Acted for a UK Government entity on the multiple phase redevelopment of St James Market, a mixed use development in central London, based on Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contract form.
  • Advising an international investment fund on the full suite of construction documentation in developing student accommodation, including warranty and bond negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Acting for an employer in building contract defects claims, including strategic advice, pre-action correspondence and considerations leading to adjudication.
  • Advising a developer in relation to a significant nuclear new build project based on FIDIC and NEC3 contract terms.
  • Advising a Community Interest Company (CIC) on claims for retention and defective workmanship including termination considerations on an energy portfolio.
  • Advised funders on refinancing of battery storage, wind and solar energy portfolios.
  • Advised an institutional investor providing funding for a central London development.
