Rachel is Head of Probate and specialises in the administration of complex and high value estates including those with international aspects.

She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and gained her Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates with a distinction.

Land owner: Administering the estate of a wealthy land owner which included significant chattels and upon which IHT heritage relief claims were successfully made.
Estate administration: Co-ordinating the administration of estates in four different jurisdictions with differing beneficial entitlements and tax obligations.
Landed estate: Administering the estates of a husband and wife leaving a significant landed estate which involved claims for business, agricultural and heritage relief , complex trust issues and claims by family members.
Complex inheritance tax: Administering the estates of a husband and wife which involved complex IHT issues surrounding a US Trust.
Multiple jurisdictions: Administering an estate involving a wealthy individual involving assets in numerous jurisdictions and a claim under the UK/Indian double tax treaty.
