Rachel is an experienced real estate senior associate whose practice area predominantly focuses on investment, development and landowner work.

With significant experience negotiating disposals, leases and options and advising on multi-landowner strategic development schemes, Rachel's clients include the following:

Experience
  • Acting for an institutional landowner in connection with a development agreement for the provision of 457 units of residential housing and education facilities. The project involved a consortium of landowners including monitoring development milestones and compliance with overage provisions, negotiating utilities agreements and facilitating the disposal of individual residential dwellings.
  • Advising The Crown Estate on the disposal of a number of strategic land development sites across the UK.
  • Advising a US corporate on its London office arrangements.
  • Acting on the purchase and back to back sale of a former MOD airfield for a private landowner involving sale and lease backs and environmental issues.
  • Working with a leading US technology company to re-gear its leases in central London.
  • Assisting with the management of operational assets following an investment fund's acquisition of the largest portfolio of ground-mounted solar parks in Europe. This included undertaking a virtual secondment with the client to provide real estate advice in conjunction with asset managers on a variety of project issues.
  • Negotiating leases and undertaking general asset management work in connection with a shopping centre for an international investment fund.
