Overview

Rebecca is a senior associate in the firm's dispute resolution team, having qualified in September 2017. She primarily focuses on real estate property disputes including landlord and tenant (commercial and residential) disputes, enfranchisement and contentious real property matters. Rebecca works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. She is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

Rebecca is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property, and sits on the Junior Property Litigation Association South West Committee.

Experience
  • Representing high net worth individual landowners in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) to discharge restrictive covenants as well as breach of covenant claims.
  • Acting for high net worth individuals with property portfolios in enfranchisement claims.
  • Advising commercial landlord and tenants on break clauses and effective voluntary possession, as well as dilapidation claims.
  • Advising high net worth individuals and commercial clients in respect of encroachment and trespass issues.
