Simon Dempster Senior Associate

Simon is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team.

Simon has experience advising on many aspects of commercial property, including the acquisition and disposal of both investment and development properties and the negotiation of commercial leases and asset management work on behalf of both landlord and tenants of office and retail premises.

Simon also has experience in real estate finance, advising on the property elements of corporate restructuring and insolvency transactions and on corporate acquisitions.

• Acting for a landlord on the grant of a lease to a large flexible office space provider.
• Acting for investors on acquisitions and disposals of investment properties.
• Acting for various administrators advising on the property aspects of asset sales.
