About
Aimee is a solicitor in the Pensions and Lifetime Savings team, based in Bristol.
She advises clients on a broad range of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pensions matters including public sector Local Government Pension Schemes.
Aimee graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a First Class Degree in Law (LLB). She then completed the Legal Practice Course with an LLM at Cardiff University receiving a Distinction.
Experience
- Day-to-day advice: Supporting colleagues in providing advice to trustee clients on a range of pensions issues, including the interpretation of scheme documentation, scheme governance and regulatory obligations.
- Corporate transactions: Advising employers on the pensions’ aspects of numerous corporate transactions.
