Alasdair is a member of the firm’s Senior Finance Leadership Team. He leads the financial operations and financial accounts teams and is responsible for the firm’s accounting compliance and working capital management.
As Head of Operational Finance and Reporting, Alasdair plays a key role in the firm’s annual budgeting process. He also plays an active role in process improvement, identifying ways the firm can better utilise its resources.
