Alice leads the People team at Burges Salmon, with responsibility for resourcing, learning and development, people advisory and operations and responsible business. She is a member of the firm’s strategic board and executive committee. She is also a trustee on the board of the Social Mobility Business Partnership, a charity that brings professional organisations together to support students from low income backgrounds in their pursuit of a career in business.
