About
Amy is a senior associate in our Construction and Engineering team.
She specialises in transactional constructional law and acts for clients on a wide range of projects including within both the Built Environment and renewables sectors.
Amy has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating all forms of construction documentation, both bespoke and standard form, including EPC, building contracts, professional appointments, and ancillary documents such as collateral warranties, guarantees, and bonds.
She also has experience advising on the construction elements of facility agreements, development agreements, agreements for lease and sale and purchase agreements.
Experience
- Tritax: On the UK’s largest data centre development and creation of UK data centre investment platform.
- Moray West: Advising the funders to Moray West to Moray West Offshore Wind Farm on a £2 billion non-recourse project financing for the 882 MW project.
- Panattoni: Advising on all construction aspects in respect of its logistics portfolio.
