Andrew heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. He is a highly experienced commercial litigator with top-band ranking in the leading independent directories. He specialises in high value, complex or portfolios of professional negligence claims, particularly against solicitors, surveyors/valuers, financial advisors and brokers, actuaries, auditors and accountants. He is particularly well-known for his work on behalf of traditional and specialist lenders in this field. Andrew is a regular speaker and commentator on professional negligence matters, with a keen interest in how liability for the deployment of AI and technology in professional services will evolve.
His practice also includes civil fraud, company and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes across a wide variety of subjects and sectors, urgent injunctive relief to protect his clients’ commercial interests, and product liability.
