Anna Vangrove is a partner in the Banking and Finance team, having joined the firm in 2025.

Anna acts for a range of clients including international and UK based corporate borrowers, financial institutions and specialist funders on a broad range of real estate finance, corporate banking and energy finance transactions. Anna is dual qualified in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.

Experience

  • Advising Ultimate Finance Group on its bridging finance facilities from NatWest Bank.
  • Advising AIB Group (UK) plc on a significant funding for the acquisition of two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes in Bristol and Glasgow.
  • Advising a large social housing provider on its £60 mil facilities from a leading Northern Irish bank.
