Anusha is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Her practice covers public inquiries, health and safety matters, and criminal investigations.
She has broad experience acting for clients across all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has represented organisations and individuals in a range of sectors including banking, financial services, renewable energy, insurance, manufacturing, food and drink, rail, retail, and the public sector. She has also acted for global multi-national companies in regulatory matters and complex group litigation.
Anusha plays a key role within the Inquiry legal team of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry chaired by Baroness Heather Hallett.

- UK Covid-19 Inquiry: Solicitor within the inquiry legal team on multiple modules.
- Air quality requirements advice: Advising an independent standards and research body on air quality requirements under COSHH regulations and The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Health and safety incident: Acting for a company in response to a heath and safety investigation into an accidental death of a member of the public.
- Criminal investigation: Acting for a company in response to a criminal investigation on fire safety.
- Wholesale food and drink company: Advising a wholesale food and drink company in a contractual dispute related to the delayed supply of products and reliance on force majeure clauses.
- Group litigation case: Acting for the defendant in a group litigation case involving allegations of statutory breaches, dishonest assistance, and joint tortfeasance.
