Ashley has experience acting on a range of non-contentious commercial property transactions, advising landlords and tenants, occupiers and investors, developers and lenders.

• Advising a national fast-food franchisor on all aspects of its property portfolio, from site acquisitions to renewals and general leasehold management.
• Acting for a national pension provider on the acquisition and disposal of various investment properties throughout the UK.
• Advising various commercial landlords on their leasehold portfolios.
• Acting for a range of corporate occupiers on the taking of new leasehold office space.
