Ashley is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team having joined the firm in 2020.
He has experience acting for private and public sector clients on a broad range of commercial real estate work, advising landlords and tenants, investors and occupiers, developers and lenders. His transactional experience includes the acquisition and disposal of investment and development properties, asset management and corporate occupier work, as well as advising on the real estate elements of refinances and corporate acquisitions.
Experience
- Aviva Investors and Lands Improvement: Advising the consortium of landowners in respect of the Linmere development, a housing-led, mixed-use development in Houghton Regis with planning for 5,000 homes.
- London & Regional: Advising London & Regional on the asset management of its office building on Kensington High Street.
- We are Nium: Advising We are Nium on a new lease of operational space in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
- HSBC: Acting for HSBC on the development financing of various residential developments.
- Greater London Authority: Advising on the redevelopment of the North Middlesex Hospital site, which will see the delivery of a 100% affordable scheme and a new office building for the NHS Trust.
- East Hampshire District Council: Acting on the asset management of the Rams Walk shopping centre in Petersfield, Hampshire.
- Ultra Electronics: Advising on the transfer of its property interests to seven subsidiary companies as part of the restructure of its contractual arrangements.
- Transport for London: Acting on the redevelopment of Barkingside station in Ilford.
