Barney is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate and M&A team, having joined the firm in 2026. He advises on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate restructurings and general governance matters.
Barney has acted for UK based and overseas, private companies, institutional investors and individual entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus in the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors.
