Ben is a trainee in the firm’s Corporate Finance team, gaining experience across all areas of corporate finance. He has been involved in a diverse range of corporate matters, including private equity investments, disposals, acquisitions, and group restructuring.
He attended the University of Bristol from 2018 to 2021, where he earned a BA in History. During this time and his subsequent studies, he worked closely with the Penderels Trust, providing adult social care as an outreach Special Needs care worker. This role followed his previous social initiative work with the Amakuru Trust, which supports impactful social and educational community projects in Rwanda, and the Holocaust Educational Trust, which aims to educate young people from all backgrounds about the Holocaust and its contemporary lessons.
Between 2021 and 2023, Ben earned his MA in Law from the University of Bristol. He then passed the SRA Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination (SQE) in the top quintile and pursued an LLM at the University of Law from 2023 to 2024.
During this time, Ben worked part-time as a rigger and assistant stunt-coordinator for film and TV, including the BBC. He also supported a KC barrister in Crown Court criminal proceedings.

- Restructurings: Advising and facilitating various corporate group restructurings.
