Caius is a solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team and has experience advising a range of public and private sector organisations, as well as individuals on a broad range of disputes.
His experience includes advising clients on general commercial disputes as well as more sector-specific disputes as a member of the Pensions and Private Wealth Disputes teams. Caius regularly attends industry events within the pensions sector.

- Trustees of a large pension scheme: Advising trustees of a large pension scheme on a Part 8 Application to resolve complex and technical issues with the governing documentation of the scheme.
- Trustees and principal employers: Advising trustees and principal employers on professional negligence claims against former legal, actuarial and administrative advisers in relation to historic issues with scheme documentation.
- Trustees: Advising trustees on Internal Dispute Resolution Processes and Pensions Ombudsman complaints.
- Dissolution of a partnership: Advising an individual on the contentious dissolution of a partnership.
- Contentious probate dispute: Advising an individual on the resolution of a contentious probate dispute.
