Catherine joined the firm in October 2021 and has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients from retailers and institutional investors to high net worth individuals and developers.

She proactively manages matters through the High and County Courts and Property Tribunal, as well as resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution.

Catherine specialises in advising on MEES and EPC regulations and regularly presents on the topic to clients and peers. She is named as a Leading Associate in the Legal 500, and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

  • High Net Worth IndividuaI: Represented a private individual developing their home in South Kensington throughout a 12 day High Court trial against neighbours withholding consent under a restrictive covenant.
  • Large Corporate Tenant: Successfully settling a High Court dispute with its landlord regarding repair and maintenance of the heating and cooling equipment at the building.
  • Central London Developer: Advising the developer of a key site in Knightsbridge on its dispute with investors over performance of the development agreement
  • South West Developer: Leading a high court proprietary estoppel claim involving Trustee landowners.
  • Residential Landlord: Successfully representing the landlord of a residential block in Canary Wharf in its service charge dispute with over 150 tenants.
