


About
Charlotte attended the University of Edinburgh from 2017-2021, obtaining a double first-class MA (Hons) degree in English Literature and History of Art. As part of this degree, she completed an Erasmus year abroad to Lunds Universitet in Sweden.
From 2021-2022, Charlotte worked in the Real Estate Finance team of a national law firm, specialising in high-volume transactions involving Islamic Finance.
After completing a Vacation Scheme in the firm’s Tax, Trusts, and Family team, she secured a training contract with the firm, before going on to study the PgDL and LLM (SQE 1&2) at the University of Law.
Charlotte commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2024, and is currently sitting in the Banking & Finance team. She is involved with various internal initiatives including the ‘Envision’ school mentoring scheme and BEnabled. She is also involved with external initiatives, as a mentor for ‘GROW Mentoring’ and a committee member of both the ‘ND Lawyer Project’ and the ‘Bristol Junior Lawyer Division’.
Away from work, Charlotte is a portrait artist and has completed traditional oil-on-canvas commissions internationally.

- Transaction management: Assisting with transaction management across real estate finance and corporate lending transactions (often with multi-jurisdictional aspects)
- Drafting: Assisting with research and drafting on matters involving corporate insolvency and restructuring.
