Charlotte is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.
Charlotte attended the University of West of England from 2018-2022, studying an undergraduate degree in Law with a Placement Year, graduating with First Class Honours.
After securing some further legal experience, she attended the University of Law and undertook the SQE LLM between 2023-2024.
In September 2024, she started as a trainee at the firm, and has held seats in Pensions & Lifetime Savings, Projects, Dispute resolution, Planning & Compulsory Purchase and Corporate Tax.
Charlotte has experience across a range of contentious matters including civil fraud, professional negligence, commercial litigation and major public inquiries.
Experience
- UK Covid-19 Inquiry: Supporting with document review.
- Trustees of a large pension scheme: Advising trustees of a large pension scheme on a Part 8 Application to resolve complex and technical issues with the governing documentation of the scheme.
- Trustees and principal employers: Advising trustees and principal employers on professional negligence claims against former legal, actuarial and administrative advisers in relation to historic issues with scheme documentation.
