Charlotte joined the firm’s Rural Property Transactions team, a specialised unit within the broader Real Estate division in June 2024.
She advises private clients and institutional landowners on a diverse range of rural property matters including the acquisition and disposal of agricultural property and rural land as well as the grant of both commercial leases and agricultural tenancies.
