About

Charlotte Sinclair is a trainee lawyer currently part of the Disputes team. Since joining in September 2025, she has gained experience in procurement disputes, public inquiries, and judicial review.

Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte studied Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Bristol. During her studies, she moved to Colombia where she volunteered at the ‘Consultoria para los Derechos Humanos y Desplazamiento’ in Bogota, collaborating with the legal team to analyse violations of human rights under the ECHR. She then moved to Mozambique where she volunteered for an international charity promoting access to education. Charlotte is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Charlotte is also a fully qualified English Teacher, having taught English Language and Literature at GCSE and A-Level in an international school in Spain for a number of years.

As part of her career transition from teaching, she has since returned to Bristol and undertaken a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and a LLM Masters in Law (SQE1 and 2).

Experience

  • Judicial Review: Part of a core team providing advice on due process, with a focus on the use of AI and PSED.
  • Procurement: Engaged in procurement disputes of units from an international transport unit supplier.
