- Royal SENS: Advising on its acquisition of Tipografic, a leading provider of labels and packaging across Europe.
- Life sciences company: Advising on its financing round in parallel with the simultaneous acquisition of 10 private biotech companies across 4 jurisdictions.
- Multiple investors: Advising multiple leading venture capital investors on their series investments and multiple technology and life sciences companies on their financing rounds.
- Fintel plc: Advising Fintel plc, the UK’s leading provider of fintech and support services to the UK retail financial services sector, on its acquisition of RSMR, one of the most recognised fund ratings and research agencies in the UK.
