Senior Associate
Chloe is a senior associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, advising on complex commercial litigation, technology disputes and contentious intellectual property matters. She has particular experience in software, cloud-based products, digital services, online infringement and high-value contractual disputes.
Chloe combines contentious expertise with a strong understanding of commercial contracting and technology-enabled delivery models. She advises on disputes involving SaaS, software, digital platforms, content rights, technology supply arrangements and public sector contracts.
Her contentious IP practice covers trade marks, passing off, copyright, design rights and brand protection, including High Court proceedings, online take-downs, domain name disputes, social media infringement and cross-border enforcement strategies.
Clients describe Chloe as “inventive and creative” and “quick to understand and align with their client’s attitude to risk and ways of working”. She is valued for her commercial judgement, clear litigation strategy and evidence-led approach.
Chloe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford and is fluent in Spanish and English.
