Christopher Wenn Senior Associate

Christopher is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team, helping clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. Christopher is part of our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise. Christopher advises companies and high net worth individuals across a range of commercial sectors, with a particular interest in the Energy and Utilities sector.

Christopher has considerable experience in High Court litigation and mediation. He is also familiar with arbitration proceedings, having advised clients in both LCIA and ICC arbitrations.

Christopher has gained valuable in-house legal experience from a secondment in Lloyds Banking Group’s commercial banking litigation team. 

• Acting for an energy sector client in a successful judicial review challenge of a decision by Ofgem concerning RHI scheme accreditation;
• Acting for and advising a number of domestic and international clients in the utilities sector in relation to high value LCIA and ICC arbitration proceedings; and
• Acting for a West African oil trader and supplier in a dispute (which settled at mediation) regarding the termination of its supply relationship with an oil and commodities trader.
• Christopher has a wide range of experience in the area of dispute resolution matters.
