Dixcee is a partner who brings years of experience as a leading real estate energy lawyer advising developers and landowners on clean energy projects including wind, solar, wave, tidal, cable projects and associated pipeline.
With in-depth experience of the renewables sector, coupled with her expertise in commercial real estate, Dixcee supports the firm’s two largest sectors – Energy & Utilities and Built Environment – working with clients in Scotland, UK-wide and internationally to provide support on each stage of their developments’ lifecycle.
She has a passion for nurturing and empowering young talent, Dixcee plays an important role in growing the next generation of lawyers within the firm.

- Crown Estate Scotland: advised on offshore wind, wave and tidal, carbon storage projects and acquisition of investment land for the strategic supply chain for offshore development e.g. high voltage cable manufacturing plant at the Port of Nigg.
- European large scale wind and solar developers: acted and advised on the commercial property aspects of their wind, solar and storage sites across Scotland.
- Ripple Energy Limited and associated companies: advised on the property aspects of their community and public investment wind and solar projects.
