Eleanor is a passionate and focused solicitor, who qualified into the Dispute Resolution team in 2023 following completion of her training contract with the firm.
She has experience of working across a broad range of complex disputes, investigations and inquiries, often with a cross-border element. This includes a number of high-profile instructions for public bodies and private clients alike, requiring a sensitive and pragmatic approach.
Eleanor has experience advising on civil fraud, regulatory crime and commercial litigation matters. She has a keen eye for detail and leaves no stone unturned.
Experience
- UK Covid-19 public inquiry: Solicitor to the Inquiry team for Module 2B, investigating the core decision-making and political governance in Wales during the pandemic.
- Private clients: Advising private clients in respect of partnership, shareholder and unfair prejudice disputes.
- Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS): Providing advice in pursuit of recoveries.
- Corporate clients: Advising on a wide range of high value commercial litigation for corporate clients, in diverse industries and sectors including banking, transport, and IT.
- Advised on successful High Court proceedings concerning third-party enforcement issues relating to Part 5 of POCA.
