Elena is an associate within the firm’s Corporate Finance team. She completed her training contract with Burges Salmon having qualified in September 2020.
With a range of experience working with companies on a variety of corporate matters including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring, Elena works with a range of individuals, public and private companies on UK and cross-border transactions.
Experience
- Octopus Investments: Advised Octopus Investments in relation to the acquisition of Swish Fibre Limited, together with a long-term £250 million funding deal set to transform full-fibre broadband access in the UK.
