Elena is an associate in the corporate finance and incentives team, based in the firm’s Bristol office. Elena specialises in employee share plans and incentives, advising companies on the design, operation and implementation of reward structures. She also has a range of experience working with companies across a wide range of sectors on a variety of both transactional and advisory matters including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, re-organisations, corporate governance and share capital issues.

She also advises companies and management teams on the share plan aspects of M&A transactions.

Elena is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.

• Sensedia: Advising Sensedia on their incentive arrangements in the UK offering shares to align the interest of the UK based employees with the wider group.
• Phi Partners International Limited: Advising on the design and implementation of an EMI plan involving fixed and variable shares.
• Rise PropCo5 Limited: Advising on the design of the performance share structure and developmental milestone performance targets.
• Green Lithium Refining Limited: Advising Green Lithium on the design of their equity incentive structure including growth shares and EMI options including key operational and strategic performance conditions aligned to the scale-up.
