Emily has experience in a wide range of disputes relating to trade marks, passing off, copyright, designs, breach of confidence, domain name and company name disputes, social media and internet issues, licence disputes and advertising standards complaints. She also advises on the clearance of new brands and portfolio management. 

She is a member of CITMA and INTA’s Enforcement Committee and is recognised by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner.
