Emma is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and a member of the senior leadership team sitting on the Strategic Board and Executive Committee. Recognised as a leader in her field, Emma runs the Operations Department with responsibility for Technology, Transformation & Projects, Innovation, Operations, Risk Management and Knowledge Management. She started out her career at PwC and now draws on over 25 years experience from a variety of leadership roles within both professional services and corporate organisations.
Emma sits on the board of Pentathlon GB as Senior Independent Director and she leads their HR & Nominations Committee.
