About
Eve attended the University of Bristol from 2018-2021, studying an undergraduate degree in Law. During this time, she worked in the University of Bristol Law Clinic, a pro bono student led legal clinic, providing legal assistance to the local community. Notably, Eve represented a client at a tribunal, gaining them a successful outcome. Eve completed the LPC LLM at BPP University, graduating with a merit in 2022.
Eve has held seats in Corporate & Incentives, Real Estate, Construction & Engineering and is currently sat in Planning & Compulsory Purchase. Eve also completed a client secondment at Atrato.

- Commercial property transactions: Advising on a range of commercial property transactions, including drafting various licences and lease provisions.
- Collateral Warranties: Reviewing and advising on Collateral Warranties.
- Complex adjudication: Assisting on a complex adjudication, including drafting a complex rejoinder submission.

- NSIPs: Assisting with various DCO applications for NSIPs.
