About

Fraser attended the University of Bristol from 2018-2021, studying an undergraduate degree in History. From 2021-2022, he then completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), graduating with a distinction from the University of Law. During this time, he volunteered for the Commercial and Family pro bono legal advice clinics and acted as a mentor for the Schools’ Bar Mock Trial Competition.

In September 2024, Fraser completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) and joined the firm in our Bristol office. He is currently sitting in the Pensions and Lifetime Savings team.

Experience

  • Pensions matters: Advising on a range of pension scheme matters including Virgin Media s37 reviews, making amendments to scheme rules and answering case-specific queries from clients on members’ benefit entitlement.
  • Document review: Reviewing and drafting key documents for the management of pension schemes including Admission Agreements and Deeds of Appointment and Removal
