About
Grace is our Resourcing Specialist based in the Edinburgh office and is part of the wider Emerging Talent Team. As the first People Team representative in Edinburgh, Grace plays a pivotal role in supporting our trainees throughout their entire traineeship journey—from onboarding and development to day-to-day guidance and wellbeing.
In addition to her work with trainees, Grace is actively involved in shaping and delivering our recruitment processes, helping to attract and select the best emerging talent for the firm. She also contributes to key initiatives such as the Bright Sparks Programme and our Vacation Schemes, ensuring these experiences are meaningful, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
Experience
- Before joining Burges Salmon, Grace worked at Ashurst, a global law firm, where she was responsible for experienced hire recruitment. Her role focused on sourcing and hiring qualified lawyers as well as professionals across business services.
