Hannah trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Corporate and M&A team in September 2025. She has experience advising a range of clients, including both private and public companies, private funds and private individuals, on mergers and acquisitions (private and public), joint ventures, equity investments, and group reorganisations.
Experience
- Ultima Group: Advising Ultima group on its merger with the Trustmarque group, creating one of the UK’s largest IT services providers with a combined gross invoiced income approaching £1 billion and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.
- Schenk Tanktransport: Advising Schenk Tanktransport, one of the leading tank transport companies in Northwest Europe, on the acquisition of Suttons Tankers, a well-established UK road tanker logistics provider.
- AOTI, Inc.: Advising the US medical technology group on its £140 million IPO on AIM.
- AIM listed company: Part of the core deal team advising on its acquisition of multiple private companies.
