About
Hannah attended the University of Bristol from 2019-2022, studying an undergraduate degree in Law. During this time, she volunteered for the Bristol Law Clinic, a pro bono student-led legal clinic, providing legal advice, research and community outreach programmes in Bristol.
From 2022-2023, Hannah completed her legal practice course (LPC). In August 2023, she joined the firm at the Bristol office.
She has held seats in Disputes Resolution, Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance, along with a joint seat in Competition and Corporate Finance.
Hannah has a range of experience in corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and private equity investments. She works with both private and public companies on UK and cross-border transactions.
