About

Hannah trained at Burges Salmon and qualified into the Projects department in 2025. During her training contract, she completed a secondment at the Government Legal Department. She has experience advising public sector and private sector organisations in the transport, energy and tech sectors on transactional, contractual and regulatory matters.

Hannah sits on the firm’s BSustainable Committee and volunteers on the firm’s Career Coaching scheme.

Experience

  • Drafting: Drafting and advising on option agreements for clean energy developments in relation to proposed solar farms and battery storage projects.
  • Land project: Working on a large first registration of land project, which involved working with the Land Registry to create over 100 new titles.
  • Train lease: Reviewing and drafting train lease and maintenance agreements for several train service operators.
  • Transport for Wales: Advising on a number of large rail infrastructure and multimodal sustainable travel.
  • Cloud service contracts legal support: A member of the core team providing contractual and advisory support in relation to cloud services contracts.
