About
Hannah attended the University of Oxford from 2010 to 2013, studying History and Politics. She then spent several years working as a producer in the theatre industry. She started to pursue a career in law in 2019. Hannah studied for the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bristol, achieving a distinction in both. She also worked as a Knowledge Paralegal, undertaking legal research across departments and implementing knowledge management systems.
She joined the firm as a trainee in August 2023 and has completed seats in Corporate Finance, Real Estate and Projects. She is currently on secondment at the Government Legal Department.
Hannah sits on the firm’s netball committee and the BSustainable Committee, and has volunteered with one of the firm’s charity partners, IntoUniversity.
Experience
- Drafting: Drafting and advising on option agreements for clean energy developments in relation to proposed solar farms and battery storage projects.
- Land project: Working on a large first registration of land project, which involved working with the Land Registry to create over 100 new titles.
- Train lease: Reviewing and drafting train lease and maintenance agreements for several train service operators.
- Rail infrastructure project: Advising a client on a large rail infrastructure project, including drafting performance regimes.
