About
Harry is a Solicitor working across public procurement and complex infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Burges Salmon, Harry worked as an Adviser at the Scottish Parliament, providing policy and legislative support on matters affecting public services, infrastructure and government decision-making.
Whilst training at a commercial firm in Edinburgh, Harry was seconded to EDF power solutions. During this period, Harry supported clients throughout the procurement lifecycle, from procurement strategy and tender processes to contract award and implementation, across a variety of regulated sectors.
