About
Hayden attended the University of Oxford, graduating with an undergraduate degree in History in 2021.
From 2021-2023, he completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and then Legal Practice Course (LPC), graduating in the latter with a distinction in his MSc in Law, Business, and Management Law. In August 2023, he joined the firm as a trainee solicitor.
Hayden has held seats in Pensions and Lifetime Saving and Dispute Resolution (with a focus in real estate matters), along with a joint seat in Incentives and Corporate Finance. He is currently based in our Corporate Tax team.
Experience
- Commercial property: Advising on a range of commercial property fire risk assessment (FRA) matters and drafting associated documents.
- Legal documentation: Preparing documentation for regular meeting of trustees of major pension fund and representation at associated trustee meeting and training sessions.
- Incentive plans: Drafting executive long-term bonus incentive plan rules and associated guidance, as well as assisting in preparations for town hall discussions with executive bonus recipients.
- Legal documentation: Assisting with preparation of documentation for 49th Blundell Lecture Series.
