Hazel is a qualified EU and Irish Trade Mark Attorney. She has over four years’ experience advising on all aspects of trade mark law, including prosecution, portfolio management, and disputes.
She works with clients to protect and develop their brands through practical, commercially focused IP advice across Ireland, the EU, and internationally.
Hazel has worked with a variety of clients across various sectors with a particular interest in media and entertainment.
She advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters, including clearance, filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellation actions, portfolio management, brand protection and enforcement.
