Holly is a member of the People leadership team, and as Head of Resourcing, leads on talent acquisition strategies and activity. She is responsible for all resourcing and recruitment including emerging talent, experienced hire, flexible resourcing and executive search.
She is committed to ensuring that Burges Salmon attracts, retains, and develops top talent. With regards to the team’s hiring approach, culture is at the heart of everything that we do, with a real focus on fostering an inclusive candidate experience. To ensure anyone joining the firm has a smooth on-boarding journey, the resourcing team is also responsible for all pre-employment, induction and integration activity.
Holly is committed to seeking out new and innovative ways of working, and initiatives that align with the firm’s long-term goals. The team is award-winning, and has been recognised at a number of industry awards including IHR and Legal Cheek.
Having worked at the firm since 2010, Holly has been involved in a number of significant change projects, including the opening of the Edinburgh office, launch of the Trailblazer Solicitor apprenticeship and establishment of the firm’s flexible resourcing service, BFlex.
