Jade is an Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team, having joined the firm in October 2026. She has experience in range of commercial property disputes including landlord and tenant matters (such as business renewals and terminations), possession claims and wider property issues, including easements, title issues and restrictive covenants.
Experience
- Acting for major high street retailers, and other clients, on opposed and unopposed lease renewals and terminations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Advising on repossession and making applications to Court for repossession on the ground of trespass.
- Advising on enforcement of lease covenants.
