Jasmine is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and M&A team. She joined the firm’s Bristol office in June 2026 having previously worked at London headquartered leading international law firms. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters including private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, portfolio management, solvent restructuring, fundraisings and corporate governance.
She has acted for private and public companies, banks, institutional investors and entrepreneurs across numerous sectors, with a particular focus on technology and financial services.
Jasmine also has extensive experience working with multi-jurisdictional teams on cross-border transactions.
Experience
- Advising an English headquartered bank on its acquisition of a majority stake in a pensions Fintech with over $1.5bn of assets under management.
- Advising a private equity backed global out-of-home media agency on the acquisition of an independent media agency with global operations for aggregate consideration of £38m.
- Advising the shareholders of a company providing document and workflow automation software on the disposal of a majority shareholding to a private equity investor.
- Advising a Silicone Valley based tech company backed by a private equity investor on the acquisition of a global software engineering group.
- Advising a private equity investor and its portfolio company on the acquisition of a dental and primary care technology group.
- Advising a healthcare group on a corporate restructuring involving over 50 entities in multiple jurisdictions.
