Jess supports the Emerging Talent Resourcing team with the coordination of recruitment and programme management.

This includes assisting in the coordination of activities for the working with school’s programme, trainee solicitor recruitment and apprenticeship recruitment.

Jess joined Burges Salmon in February 2024, having previously worked in the hospitality sector as a wedding and events coordinator.
